Its’ not too late
What if the earth felt dizzy going round and round
And decided to take some rest
Because she thought, for her it was the best
What if the rivers were tired of flowing all year long
And stopped singing their melodious song
What if the flowers refused
to spread their fragrance
Just out of sheer arrogance
But unlike man, nature is giving
It is forever forgiving
It is humble,
In discipline, It never stumbles.
It is the humans who are the traitors
Selfish, greedy, manipulators
We plunder, disturb, destroy the delicate nature
Without a thought for our future
So, wake up before its’ too late
And set every thing straight
Shower nature with your love and respect
In return You’ll be surprised
When you get more than you ever expect.
